Used this Chinese for a few years, food quality and portion size is fantastic for the price. Delivery times can be in excess of 2 hours but that's just because of how busy the place gets.
Ordered meal from here , waited 2 and half hours to be delivered just to find all the items was not what I ordered and charged more. I rang to sort the situation out and the bad attitude person on the phone put the phone down on me . Never will i order from there again .
We've ordered several times before and never had a problem and always enjoyed are meal. TONIGHT they refused our order, WHY because it was "too far for delivery and a waste of their time" so they said.
Ordered on Just eat. Forgot our main meal refused to refund it. Ants in the sweet and sour sauce. Avoid this place. Reported to council.
This use to be a good Chinese until it changed hands. Now all I can is the food and customer service is appalling.Over cooked food and reheated,And the customer service is better at self service checkouts.Wouldn't even give them half a star now.
