Excellent country park,lovely walks and views,excellent parking and fair price deals for parking
Lovely place to walk and relax. Kids playground areas, cafe and picnic areas plus a great area for cyclists.
Nice place theres a park for the kids little cafe does sandwiches and drinks then loads of woodland 2 explore in walk up the mound to the monument. Also Mtb bike trails i can spend few hours exploring on my bike. .
Quiet place to go for a walk along the canal, or strike up the hill for the panoramic views. Along the canal to the North are the remains of a small priory and a pub a bit further on.There is a pleasant cafe on site too, but check for opening times.
Nice treks and cycle ways, little park and cafe for the kids and to get a light snack, good to go on your own as well when you just need that time
